Proviso is a compliance platform used by regulated financial services professionals. We do not run advertising campaigns and have no reason to track your behaviour across other websites.
Proviso generates in-platform notifications (e.g. January deadline alerts, PCF pre-approval prompts, Compliance Evidence Pack recommendations) based on your compliance data stored in our database. These are not cookie-based — they are data-driven application features. See our Privacy Policy Section 10 for more detail.
For One-Off Compliance Evidence Pack purchasers, your 7-day access window is tracked server-side in our database using the timestamp set at activation. This is not a cookie — it is a database record tied to your account. The access expiry check occurs on every login, not via browser storage.
When you first visit proviso.ie, a consent banner appears. You can accept all cookies or select essential only. The app.proviso.ie portal, the diagnostic tool, and the secure upload page set only strictly necessary cookies and first-party storage, so no consent banner is shown there.
